Job Title: Head of Nutrition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Nutrition to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our nutrition strategy and ensuring that our food offer meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive nutrition strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of nutritionists and work closely with our food service and marketing teams to ensure that our food offer is aligned with our brand values and customer needs
  • Ensure that all nutrition information communicated to customers is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with our business directors to develop and implement new business and retention sales presentations and tender proposals
  • Work closely with our operators and business directors to promote a joined-up approach to nutrition and sustainability
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nutrition degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the nutrition, food, and/or foodservice field
  • Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with the Association for Nutrition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholder groups
