Children's Home Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential children's service in Crawley, West Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorders.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Work closely with local authorities and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
