About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Area Training Manager to join our team at g2 Field Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that drive sales and brand awareness for our global technology brand.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with retailers, from store managers to sales advisors, to foster a genuine passion for our brand and products.
- Collaborate with retailers to identify unique opportunities and implement innovative training solutions that boost sales and brand awareness.
- Create engaging training programs that elevate the customer journey and drive business results.
- Leverage your expertise to deliver interactive training programs for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.
Requirements
- A proven record of success in retail management, ideally within technology, mobile, or high-end retail.
- A keen interest in coaching and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that inspire and motivate.
- Drive to keep up to date with the latest products and in-store opportunities, current market trends and competitor information.
- Exceptional relationship skills to build strong partnerships with retailers at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
- Full UK driving licence.
