At The Fleet Hotel, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Public Area Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel comfortable and welcome during their stay.
About UsThe Fleet Hotel is a boutique-style hotel located in the heart of Dublin, on the edge of Temple Bar. Our hotel is steeped in local history and charm, with beautiful period buildings and a unique atmosphere.
Role/Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our public areas, including lobbies, bar, business centre, restaurant, hallways, and common spaces.
- Ensure that these areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Report any maintenance defects or issues that may affect the quality of the guest experience or safety of the building.
- Participate in training programmes as required.
- Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year's experience as a Porter or Hotel Public Area Attendant in a 4-star hotel setting. We offer a competitive rate of pay, PRSA pension scheme, career progression opportunities, and a range of employee benefits.
