Care Assistant Opportunity in Great Horton

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Great Horton, Bradford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that respects individuals' dignity and promotes independence
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as required
