Job Title: Assistant Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our team in Torfaen. As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work alongside the Service Manager to lead and support the team, providing personalised support to individuals and working with families, local authorities and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team to provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement support plans.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and key stakeholders to ensure effective support delivery.
  • Provide training and guidance to support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in providing support to adults with learning disabilities.
  • QCF level 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving license and business insurance.
