- Identify and develop a pipeline of project opportunities from our portfolio of customers.
- Liaise with colleagues and managers to determine and identify project opportunities.
- Work with developers, designers, and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
- Carry out tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management, and site manager duties.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects.
- Ensure customer acceptance and adherence to project plans.
- Manage commercial terms to eliminate risk.
- Recognized technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical or similar.
- SMSTS certified.
- Nebosh.
- Proven project management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
- Experience of developing new project opportunities.
