About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from various sources to provide actionable insights to our stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership: You will work closely with our business teams to understand their needs and develop data solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Reporting and Visualization: You will design and develop reports and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to our stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to optimize our business processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will manage relationships with our stakeholders to ensure that their data needs are met and that they are informed of key business metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: A good degree in a numerate subject, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of statistical techniques and research methodologies, experience with R/Python/SPSS or SQL, and a good understanding of data and model design.
