About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at iMultiply Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the CFO and other stakeholders in achieving our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production and delivery of management information (MI) reporting and budget analysis to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with the CFO to ensure budgets and financial plans are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accounting background, with experience in finance business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £57,000, depending on experience, and a remote working model that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
