The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership from a social enterprise, commercial organization, or brings cross-sector charity experience. They will be a champion for our purpose and have a scaling mentality, underpinned by process discipline and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on impact.

The new CEO will look and plan ahead for the future growth of the organization across London, unlocking the opportunity to step change our revenue and impact. They will be an engaging, inclusive, and supportive leader, enjoying building teams and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and funders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that support social entrepreneurship and impact
  • Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
