We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of files, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-award winning legal 500 law firm in Chester. Our conveyancing department is well-established and successful, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service to our clients. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be working on a variety of files, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. New build and shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a conveyancing fee earner
  • Experience running files in the conveyancing process, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
  • Solid understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Dedication to providing exceptional client service
