Role Summary:
We seek a passionate Lead Sushi Culinary Expert to collaborate with our award-winning Head Chef, overseeing our Omakase and Sushi teams. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual eager to operate at the pinnacle of culinary excellence, delighting guests and motivating team members. The position involves close cooperation with our Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the flawless execution of all recipes and menu offerings.
- Uphold exceptional food quality, adhering to our standards of excellence.
- Communicate the status of sushi and omakase production effectively to the Head Chef.
- Guarantee that the Sushi and Omakase sections deliver outstanding service to our guests.
- Establish and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and health & safety in compliance with all legal and company regulations.
- Inspect product quality during and after preparation, making necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of seasonal menu updates in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Train and mentor junior chefs in sushi and omakase techniques.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in Michelin-starred or high-end establishments.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to your culinary career.
- Thorough understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
