Candidate Profile:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and customer service expertise, are essential. A solid grasp of data protection regulations is also required.

Job Purpose:

  • Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure and Support Team Leader, you will be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive ICT services across our organization.
  • Your contributions will significantly influence the continuity and effectiveness of front-line services.
  • This role primarily involves delivering first-line technical support, with opportunities to engage in second-line support as needed.
