Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary contact for logging incidents and service requests from users through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Delivering initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for reported issues.
  • Collaborating within a dynamic, customer-oriented team to ensure the effective delivery of ICT services across multiple locations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a first-line support capacity, demonstrating a solid understanding of ICT systems in a multi-site framework. You should be adept at analyzing and resolving intricate issues or coordinating with higher-level support when necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and customer service expertise, are essential. A solid grasp of data protection regulations is also required.

Job Purpose:

  • Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure and Support Team Leader, you will be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive ICT services across our organization.
  • Your contributions will significantly influence the continuity and effectiveness of front-line services.
  • This role primarily involves delivering first-line technical support, with opportunities to engage in second-line support as needed.
