SRM Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency partnering with top companies to find the best talent. We are currently working with a Hemel Hempstead-based organization that requires a skilled HR Advisor to support their team during a busy period.

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide expert support and advice to stakeholders, ensuring managers are equipped to handle HR and people management tasks with confidence and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR objectives and KPIs that align with the company's people strategy
  • Manage employee relations matters to ensure effective resolution and adherence to best practices
  • Review and refine HR policies and processes to ensure they are effective and meet organizational needs
  • Conduct HR reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement, and work alongside the Head of HR and Recruitment to create strategic solutions
  • Coach and guide line managers on HR best practices to enhance their capabilities
  • Lead ongoing change management initiatives
  • Manage key HR projects from inception to completion
  • Provide support to the broader team, including recruitment, reward, remuneration, and learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with various business units to foster strong relationships, enhance morale, and contribute to productivity and retention goals

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Experience owning employee relations cases
  • Immediate availability to start

Work Arrangements

  • Temporary (minimum 3 months)
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 WFH)
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch)
