About the Role

Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a longstanding client in a permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and deliver a monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile payroll data, resolve payroll enquiries from internal stakeholders, and support with general accounts queries.
  • Comply with tax, pension, and other relevant regulations, prepare payroll for audit, and process timesheets and job costings.
  • Support the Senior Management Accountant and work as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
  • Experience in processing and delivering a monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant, and timely fashion.
  • System savvy with experience using Sage (Sage50 ideally) and the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel skills including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Vlookups).
  • Education to a L3 standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and interpret payroll data.
  • Logical and flexible with a friendly demeanor.
  • Articulate communicator with a good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Trustworthy and highly confidential.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour.

  • 30 days of holiday per annum/pro rata (including bank holidays).
  • A part-time and permanent work arrangement with a 15-hour per week contract over 2-3 days, between Monday to Friday.
