Job Summary: Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a longstanding client in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing and delivering a monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant, and timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax, pension, and other relevant regulations.
  • Resolve payroll enquiries from internal stakeholders and support with general accounts queries.
  • Prepare payroll for audit and process timesheets and job costings.
  • Support with general office administration and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Experience in using Sage (Sage50 ideally) and the Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Education to a L3 standard.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review and interpret payroll data.
  • Logical and flexible with a good understanding of basic payroll concepts.
  • Articulate communicator with a good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
  • Trustworthy and highly confidential.
