Site Reliability Engineer

Fdo Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join their new SRE team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our software product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure prompt issue detection and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of software releases
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
  • Experience with New Relic and AWS (or similar technologies)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
