We have major processing sites across England and Wales, with an agricultural network of over 350 farms. As an inclusive and forward-thinking business, we invest in our facilities and are seeking a highly competent and motivated Site Services and Compliance Manager to join our Engineering Team at our Brackley site.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of up to 9 engineering personnel across various disciplines to support site activities.
- Responsible for Engineering Compliance and Health & Safety, maintaining and updating all Compliance documentation.
- Manage Facilities projects for the site, ensuring the infrastructure of internal and external buildings and grounds are well maintained.
- Site responsible person for HSB insurance compliance for LOLER and pressure vessels, waste management, and ISO 14001.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of Ancillary functions, including water treatment, water towers, DAF Plant, boilers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, air con, fire alarm/extinguishers, PAT testing, and thermal imaging.
- Contractor Management, identifying training needs of the team and developing strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Lead and support improvements projects and initiatives, reviewing data on equipment efficiency and coordinating inclusion of jobs on weekend or daily plans.
- HNC certification or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Proven planning expertise, strengths in building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, and experience in Engineering Compliance.
- Food manufacturing experience and experience managing projects.
