Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to support our Central Support Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and agencies, and assisting the People Assistant in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and booking interviews between candidates and internal interviewers.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with onboarding policies.
- Preparing onboarding materials and ensuring new hires have access to necessary resources on their first day.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Communicating with candidates providing updates on the status of their applications and any additional requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and familiarity with HR systems/software is an advantage.
- Experience in a recruitment or HR administration role is a plus, but not essential.
