  • You will be responsible for coordinating and planning collections and deliveries, ensuring that our resources are utilized effectively and that our performance is maximized.
  • You will work within set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that they are met at all times, while providing exceptional customer service.


Decision Making:

  • You will plan your allocated work in line with our SLAs and expectations, ensuring that our business objectives are met.
  • You will efficiently resource our vehicles based on their status and specifications, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will make cost-effective decisions regarding outsourcing movements, working with third-party providers as required to negotiate the best possible price.
  • You will ensure that all paperwork associated with our Transport function is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You will carry out all necessary reporting, both internally and as requested by customers, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.


Key Accountabilities:

  • You will work closely with our Branch, Drivers, and Subcontractors to ensure that our SLAs are met.
  • You will maintain good communication lines with our Branch, Drivers, and Subcontractors.
  • You will ensure that our logistics operations are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • You will reduce Subcontractor costs and ensure that all jobs are completed properly within our Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • You will communicate all aborts to our Branch.
  • You will ensure that all planned maintenance appointments are achieved.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Load planning and coordination skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications.
