Electrical Qualifying Supervisor - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited, working on a reactive maintenance contract in East London and surrounding areas.

As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting risk assessments for electrical works and staff.
  • Verifying electricians' inspection and testing results in a timely manner to prevent delays.

Key skills required for this role include:

  1. Experience with installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the IET Wiring Regulations.
  2. Supervising a team of electricians, including developing and training apprentices.
  3. Knowledge of installations, repair, inspect, and test electrical installations, and the ability to complete electrical certificates or condition reports.
  4. Full electrical qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Test & Inspect, 18th Edition, and NICEIC.
  5. Previous experience as an NICEIC approved Electrical QS.
