Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with XM Cyber's overall business objectives.
  2. Build strong relationships with channel partners and distributors to drive joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  3. Coordinate compelling marketing collateral, case studies, demand gen programs, and sales tools to support channel partner activities.
  4. Establish a periodic cadence for updating partners through sales enablement sessions and newsletters.
  5. Conduct regular analysis of channel marketing programs to measure effectiveness and ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  7. Manage channel marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated wisely and objectives are achieved within budget constraints.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience (8+ years) in channel marketing within the cybersecurity industry or related technology sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing channel marketing strategies that drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  6. Creativity.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
