Customer Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Coordinator at Adept Services Ltd in Reading, Berkshire.

This is a full-time position based at our head office, with occasional travel to customer sites and client meetings required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Raising job cards and booking in, taking calls from outside service technicians, and updating job information.
  • Assisting to manage a team of 6-8 service maintenance and repair tradesmen.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and their service maintenance and repair work.
  • Maintaining the database (Navision).
  • Assisting with general office duties as required, such as filing and technicians' worksheets.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized approach to prioritizing work and remembering and recording details of jobs/conversations on our database.
  • Computer literate (database, Word, Excel, email).
  • Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing, planning, scheduling engineers or contractors or tradesmen would be an advantage.
