Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of neurorehabilitation patients, including conducting admission assessments, setting goals, planning treatments, providing equipment, and overseeing discharge processes.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care tailored to the needs of neuro patients.
  • Provide clinical support across multiple hospital departments, ensuring timely physiotherapy sessions and appropriate patient billing.
  • Adapt to the service's requirements by participating in out-of-hours, weekend, and standby services as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy is required.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in pediatric neurology and rehabilitation is essential.
  • Proven track record in both inpatient and outpatient settings within an acute hospital environment.
  • Experience across various physiotherapy disciplines, including rotational roles, is preferred.
