Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Authentic Talent Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying, property management, and sustainability solutions to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the department's service strategy, business plan, and quality assurance document.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification and solid commercial surveying experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region, with a reliable vehicle and a willingness to work flexibly.
