Our Helpdesk serves as the initial contact point for customer inquiries regarding equipment, which may involve conducting diagnostic evaluations and managing remote resolutions for fuel pumps and forecourt apparatus.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Remotely assessing equipment situated at client locations.
- Assisting with mapping and programming tasks.
- Generating historical reports and conducting investigations, particularly concerning point-of-sale systems or gauge alarms indicative of potential fuel leaks.
- Coordinating with field engineers when remote resolutions are not feasible.
Qualifications
This position demands a strong focus on customer service, requiring:
- Prior experience in remote helpdesk or contact center environments, with comprehensive training provided on our products and systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to extract information, pose pertinent questions, and guide customers through remote troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Composure under pressure, with the ability to make prompt decisions to advance customer interactions.

Work Environment
