In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in either a custodial or community setting. Collaborating with probation officers, you will conduct initial evaluations to identify their unique requirements and develop customized housing strategies through a series of agreed interventions. This includes ensuring participants are informed about decisions impacting them and understanding their rights throughout the process.
Your strong interpersonal abilities will be essential in fostering and sustaining productive professional relationships with both participants and external partners. We seek a role model who can inspire positive transformations in attitudes and behaviors.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of housing legislation or experience within the criminal justice field. However, we recognize that not every applicant will meet all criteria. If you are engaging and comfortable working with a diverse population, we offer on-site training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.

In appreciation of your commitment and expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £24,650 - £29,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package:

- Oversee a caseload of participants, developing personalized housing plans
- Conduct initial assessments, taking into account risk factors, circumstances, and needs
- Document progress and outcomes promptly and accurately using the case management system
- Maintain regular contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
- Experience or knowledge of housing regulations - preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Experience or understanding of the Criminal Justice System
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
