Position Overview

Are you dedicated to making a difference in people's lives? Join our organization as a Housing Support Specialist, where you will assist individuals in navigating their housing challenges.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of adult males in either a custodial or community setting. Collaborating with probation officers, you will conduct initial evaluations to identify their unique requirements and develop customized housing strategies through a series of agreed interventions. This is a fulfilling opportunity that allows you to leverage your expertise to influence, support, and motivate others to reach their full potential and create a brighter future.
