What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Technical Coordinator, you'll be working in the technical team to assist and, with experience, lead on the management of the planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer-focused services in a complex and challenging environment.Manage projects with excellent project management skills and work in an organized methodical manner while multitasking.Work proactively and drivenly, meeting tight deadlines.Check drawings and design information with a keen eye for detail.Communicate complex technical matters to a non-technical audience with excellent written and verbal skills.

Requirements

You'll have a relevant professional qualification or be working towards one and experience of working in a technical team for a house builder or within an architectural or engineering consultancy. A good working knowledge of construction techniques and the design process is also essential.
