Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to provide person-centered care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
- Experience in a care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £21.63
- Up to 42 hours per week (12 hour shifts), days only
