This hybrid role offers the ideal balance of flexibility and security, allowing you to work remotely while engaging face-to-face with learners during progress reviews and personalised tutoring sessions.
Your Role as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer:
Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.
Enjoy remote work with in-person learner engagement in the North East area.
Guidance: Support learners in achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments.
Promotion and Monitoring: Ensure the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications: Teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
Occupational competence in the health and social care sector with qualifications up to Level 5.
Delivery: Proven experience in delivering apprenticeships.
Trainees: Unqualified candidates will be considered if they hold a level 5 H&SC qualification.
