Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining cost information, managing financial files, and producing projected sales forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain all cost information, including estimating data and quotations, to ensure accurate project pricing.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive financial files, ensuring seamless project management.
- Raise draft invoices to the accounts department, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delays.
- Produce projected sales forecasts based on valuation dates, enabling informed business decisions.
- Place sub-contract orders, collaborating with suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Travel to sites in Oxford, Cambridge, and London as required, with a permanent base in High Wycombe.
- Hold a minimum of 18 months' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Possess a construction-related qualification at A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, or higher, or equivalent UCAS Tariff points.
