We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of our organization, offering essential commercial assistance to our project teams. Candidates should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying along with relevant experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide precise cost and value assessments at both project and organizational levels.
- Oversee financial management, including projections and updates to commercial strategies.
- Enhance internal financial processes and methodologies.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Administer subcontract procurement, negotiations, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders on financial matters and the negotiation of changes.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to anticipate expenditures and cash flow recovery.
