Key Responsibilities
  • Upload property details onto major property portals
  • Deal with customer enquiries in branch and over the phone
  • Manage office expenditure within budgeted levels
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
