About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Grimsbury Manor Nursery School, part of Storal, a group of nurseries across England.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and inspiring environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery, promoting high-quality teaching and learning under the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching and stimulating experiences
  • Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, engaging experiences
  • Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A Level 3 or above qualification in child development
  • Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • A commitment to reflecting the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £23,920 - £27,622.40 FTE, plus a £1,000 Welcome Bonus** (pro-rata for part-time hours - conditions apply). Additionally, you will receive:
