About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide whole class, small group, and one-to-one support to encourage and develop skills in children with SEND.
  • Work with a dedicated and dynamic team to support pupils in accessing teaching and learning.
  • Establish positive working relationships with children and adults, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

  • A good standard of general education, including Maths and English.
  • Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake further training to develop knowledge, skills, and understanding of working with pupils with diverse needs.
  • A good level of personal fitness and good health to engage with students.
