Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of young people's progress and care.

Requirements:

  • Full manual driving license.
  • Previous experience working with challenging young people (desirable, not essential).
  • Willingness to work towards a fully funded qualification in level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude.
  • Empathetic nature and ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in a variety of contexts.
