Your role will encompass:
- Understanding Individual Needs: Collaborate with learners to identify their skills, aspirations, and long-term goals.
- Developing Personalized Plans: Create tailored Personal Learning Plans that align with individual objectives and facilitate successful transitions.
- Delivering Engaging Workshops: Conduct informative and interactive Employability sessions, equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools for career success.
- Building Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with local employers and key stakeholders to create valuable opportunities for our learners.
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
- A Level 3 IAG qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in providing careers guidance and support.
- A passion for empowering individuals and fostering their career development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with disadvantaged populations within a secure environment is highly desirable.
