Job Title: Proposals Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Proposals Engineer to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. As a Proposals Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality proposals to clients in the engineering and design services industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of MCCs, switchboards, and control panels. You will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing proposals, liaising with clients and engineering teams, and ensuring that proposals are presented in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals to clients
  • Evaluate and prioritize proposals to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Liaise with clients and engineering teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Ensure that proposals are presented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with developing the Quoting Portal and costing spreadsheets to clearly capture costs and scope
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of MCCs, switchboards, and control panels
  • Ability to assess the quality of user requirements, scope of work, specification, and design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with clients and engineering teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding timescales
  • Good up-to-date working knowledge of all aspects of contractual arrangements and best practice
