About the Role:
The Recruitment Solution (London) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a prestigious main dealer group. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication between customers and the workshop, and driving sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, booking in vehicles and raising job cards
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure efficient and effective work flow
- Gain authorisations for work to be carried out and arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
- Cost and invoice jobs, conduct customer handovers, and identify up-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a main dealer environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of RTC, One Link, and Kerridge systems is highly desirable
