M2R Education is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Construction Tutor to join our team. As a Regional Construction Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to prisoners across multiple sites.
About the RoleThis is a fixed-term contract for one year, and you will be based at the closest site to your home address. You will be working with small groups of learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours, while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and education to prisoners across multiple sites
- Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of learners
- Assess and evaluate learner progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a high-quality learning experience
- Maths and English Level 2 needed for Vocational Tutors and Level 3 needed for Functional Skills Tutors
- Candidates must be CSCS qualified and have experience in multi skills, such as Bricks, Paints, Catering, and relevant qualification
- Full teaching qualification at Level 5 or above or equivalent
