Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

We are working with a Chartered Financial Planning company in Bath to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their back office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, sending out letters of authority, liaising with product providers, and working closely with other administrators, paraplanners, and advisers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the financial planning team
  • Managing client onboarding and servicing
  • Liaising with product providers and other stakeholders
  • Assisting with general administration duties
