Job Opportunity: Management Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department at Page Personnel Finance. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage financial procedures, maintain financial reports, and ensure the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
  • Month-End and Year-End Close Process: Support the month-end and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Business Process Development: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Financial Procedure Improvement: Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Financial Standards and Forecasting: Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Audits and Compliance: Assist with tax audits and tax returns to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Internal and External Audits: Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the company's strategic planning and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or a relevant role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP).
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity, ability to strategise and solve problems.
