Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of senior managers to deliver business objectives across cGMP pharma and COMAH operating assets.
- Set and manage budgets for Runcorn operations and SHEQ&S and engineering aspects of other F&EM UK locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role, managing multi-discipline teams with full responsibility for SHEQ&S, people, production, and budgets.
- Demonstrable track record of progressive increase in responsibility and span of control.
- Experience working in the chemical/petrochemical/pharmaceutical industry at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
