Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the front of house and counters to company standards
  • Present menus, serve, and assist customers in selecting food and beverages
  • Provide counter service and prepare beverages
  • Deliver meals to customers at their tables
  • Prepare restaurant tables with attention to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Process payments at electronic till points
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Closing front of house areas to company standards

Requirements:

  • Friendly and engaging personality with a genuine love for customer service
  • Barista experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great teamwork
  • Hardworking
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends
  • Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
