Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join our team at Head Resourcing. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the helpdesk is appropriately staffed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and ensure the helpdesk is adequately staffed.
  • Provide technical support to users at both 2nd and 3rd line levels.
  • Customize desktop configurations, group policies, and user profiles to align with organizational requirements and standards.
  • Implement desktop imaging solutions to streamline deployment processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Intune/SCCM or similar to manage desktop environments.
  • Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies such as Windows Virtual Desktop / Remote Desktop Services, VMWare Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps or similar.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and ensuring the helpdesk is adequately staffed.
  • Extensive experience in providing technical support at both 2nd and 3rd line levels.
  • Ability to customize desktop configurations, group policies, and user profiles to align with organizational requirements and standards.
  • Knowledge of desktop imaging solutions and tools such as Intune/SCCM or similar.
  • Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies such as Windows Virtual Desktop / Remote Desktop Services, VMWare Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps or similar.
