We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Casa di Lusso, a purpose-built 88-bed Dementia Nursing Home in Bridgwater. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with meal times, ensuring residents receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience
* Use specialized equipment to support residents with their daily needs
* Document all tasks carried out, maintaining accurate records of resident care
