Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Management Resettlement Officer to support our clients in Lewisham. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting tenants, managing housing issues, and helping individuals transition into stable, long-term housing.
- Support tenants in maintaining their tenancies and improving their quality of life.
- Assist with resettlement processes, ensuring tenants move into suitable housing.
- Provide advice and support on housing-related issues, including rent payments and housing benefits.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.
- Keep accurate records of tenant interactions and housing issues.
- Mediate disputes between tenants and landlords to ensure successful tenancy management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in tenancy management or resettlement work.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenant rights.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and report writing.
