About the Role

Sungrow - EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Review and Compliance: Regularly review and update our health, safety, and environmental documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations and standards, and ensure our operations meet or exceed these requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, and ensure that our health, safety, and environmental practices are reflected in our documentation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze health, safety, and environmental data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, particularly in a regulatory context.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Software and Tools: Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as data analysis tools.
  • Certifications: Certification in health, safety, and environmental-related disciplines.
