Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the oversight of ISO9001 Compliance at ARM, driving effective planning, governance, and assurance for one of the world's most extraordinary and successful organizations.

This far-reaching role within ARM's Quality Group offers many opportunities to work with various internal collaborators and external partners, further developing your network.

You will drive and shape processes, design improvements, and deliver learning plans to worldwide audiences from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Robust Quality Control Mechanisms: Ensure proactive monitoring and ongoing compliance with the ISO9001 requirements for ARM's Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit Team: Define a comprehensive internal audit plan, conduct regular reviews of audit findings, and support the company with issue resolution, driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
  • Identify and Communicate Risks and Opportunities: Recognize and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to quality and compliance that could impact ISO9001 compliance to management.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and implement a corporate-wide ISO9001 training and awareness program.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators: Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and drive process improvement.
  • Prepare Compliance Reports: Prepare regular reports on ISO9001 compliance status for management and board oversight bodies.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to ISO9001 compliance.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, legal and regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices.
  • Establish Relationships with External Certification Bodies: Establish productive relationships with external certification bodies, supporting them with necessary information for conducting recertification and surveillance audits in ARM worldwide locations.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Quality Engineering Background: Degree or equivalent experience in Quality Engineering.
  • ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification: Possess ISO9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
  • Leadership Experience: Vast experience leading corporate compliance towards ISO9001 or IATF16949 in global organizations.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to support internal and external compliance needs.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Teamwork and Communication: Capable of working as a great teammate or independently, with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter with a getting-things-done demeanor.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Multiple Standards: Experience leading quality compliance towards multiple standards, including those applicable to the Automotive and Semiconductor industry (e.g., ISO27001, ISO14001, ASPICE, JEDEC, ISOSAE 21434, ISO26262, IATF16949).
  • Supplier Auditor Qualification: Supplier Auditor qualification and experience (e.g., VDA 6.3).
