Job Title: Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Officer

Our client, a leading biotechnology company based in Cambridge, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. As a key member of the Quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the development and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant environment.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Quality Assurance professionals to join a dynamic and innovative company. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of QMS policies and procedures
  • Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Investigating and resolving quality-related issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a biological or biotechnology discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
